Why are you changing the loyalty program?

We want to provide our guests with a better user experience with more tech integration, more opportunities to earn points, and the ability to redeem points on your favorite menu items.

How does your loyalty program work?

You can earn points every time you dine with us by providing the phone number, email, or member ID associated with your Sage Rewards membership when you check out at the restaurant or on the Sage Bistro app.

How do I join Sage Rewards?

You can join at the restaurant with the help of our staff at the restaurant, or by visiting the following link: bit.ly/sagerewards

How do I earn points?

Our team in the restaurant will be able to look up the phone number associated with your rewards account so you can collect points and use rewards for any dine-in visit. Please let our team know that you are part of our rewards program and they will be able to assist you. In case a purchase doesn’t get added to your account, don’t hesitate to reach out to info@sageveganbistro.com and we will manually add your points. 

Is there a minimum or maximum spend required to earn rewards?

No, there is no minimum or maximum spend. 

How can I check my current rewards balance?

You can check your balance by logging in to your user dashboard here, and click “Check Balance” on the left-hand side.

Do I get to keep my Fivestars points and can I still earn points?

Yes, your points are waiting for you!

All existing Fivestars rewards points have already been converted and transferred to our new Sage Rewards loyalty program. To access them, simply make an account with the new Sage Rewards using the phone corresponding with your Fivestars account.  

Did the rewards change?

Yes. Our old program with Fivestars had a tiered rewards system where you could redeem your points for specific menu items once you accumulate a certain amount of points. Now, you earn 5% cashback in rewards on every purchase you make, and what you choose to redeem them on is totally up to you!

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your points in-store or when you order using our “Sage Bistro” app by providing the phone number, email, or member ID associated with your Sage Rewards account. 

How can I send e-gifts?

Login to your user dashboard here, and click “E-gifts” on the left-hand side. Simply enter the recipient’s name, email address, and message you would like to send them. They do not need to be a current Sage Rewards member to receive and redeem their e-gift. 

Who can join the program?

The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 18 years old, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.
